We are a UK-based lead generation and home energy support service. We help households access ECO4-funded upgrades and connect customers to trusted solar installation partners.


We are not an installer and we do not carry out any technical work ourselves.


2. What We Do


Future Proof Homes provides:

  • Lead generation for ECO4 energy-efficiency upgrades

  • Submission of customer details to partnered ECO4 installers

  • Communication support between customers and installers

  • Assistance with surveys and installation bookings

  • Lead generation for our Solar Programme in partnership with Emerald Solar

  • Guidance and general advice about home energy upgrades


We do not provide installation services and do not guarantee eligibility, approval, or installation dates.


3. What We Do NOT Do


To avoid misunderstanding:

  • We are not an ECO4 installer

  • We are not responsible for technical work, workmanship, or installation quality

  • We are not the decision-maker for ECO4 funding or approvals

  • We do not control council processing times

  • We do not determine final eligibility (this is done by the installer and/or government scheme rules)

All installations are carried out by fully qualified, certified partner installers.


4. No Fees or Payments


Future Proof Homes does not charge customers any fees.


  • ECO4 upgrades are fully funded (subject to eligibility).

  • Solar Programme finance is arranged through Emerald Solar and/or its finance partners.

  • We never take deposits or payments directly from customers.


Any finance you apply for will be handled solely by the lender or installer.


5. Working With Installers


We partner with accredited installers to help make the application process smoother. When you submit information through our website, we:


  • Check your basic eligibility

  • Share your details with a trusted installer

  • Assist in communication and booking

  • Share updates where available


Once your information has been passed to an installer:


  • They take over your application

  • They are responsible for surveys, assessments, and installation

  • You may communicate directly with them regarding technical questions


We remain available for support, but we are not responsible for their actions, timelines, or decisions.


6. Eligibility and Scheme Rules


Eligibility for ECO4 and for solar finance is determined by:


  • Government rules (which change regularly)

  • The partnered installer’s assessment

  • Council approvals (if required)

  • Your property type, EPC rating, and energy usage


These rules may change at any time.


We cannot guarantee:


  • Approval

  • Timeline

  • Measures offered

  • Exact funding outcomes


We will always inform you if scheme rules change and affect your application.


7. Council & External Delays


Some installations require:


  • Council approval

  • DWP checks

  • Audits

  • Additional documentation


These processes are outside our control.


Future Proof Homes is not responsible for delays caused by councils, government checks, or installer scheduling.


8. Solar Programme Disclaimer


Our Solar Programme is delivered in partnership with Emerald Solar.

Important notes:


  • We provide lead generation only

  • We do not provide finance

  • We are not the installer

  • All finance applications are between you and the lender/installer

  • Credit approval cannot be guaranteed

  • Any agreement you sign is with the installer or lender, not with us


We simply help connect you with reputable solar partners.


9. Customer Responsibilities


By using our website and services, you agree to:


  • Provide accurate, truthful information

  • Supply required documents (bills, ID, income evidence, photos)

  • Respond to installers when contacted

  • Notify us if your details change

  • Ensure you have permission to apply for upgrades at your property


Providing incorrect information may delay or invalidate your application.


10. Data Handling & Privacy


We collect the following information to process your application:


  • Name and contact details

  • Address and postcode

  • Energy bills, meter details, photos, EPC data

  • Household and benefit information (if relevant)


We share this only with partnered installers for the purpose of progressing your application.


We do not share your data with any unrelated third parties.

11. Liability


Future Proof Homes is not liable for:


  • Installation quality

  • Installer delays

  • Council or government delays

  • Missed appointments by installers

  • Changes to ECO4 rules

  • Finance decisions made by lenders

  • Losses resulting from inaccurate information supplied by you


Our role is strictly supportive, administrative, and advisory.

By using this website, you agree that:
